Hi Series

에어 콤프레샤로부터 형성된 고온 다습한 압축공기는 냉매가스를 이용하여 열교환기로 흡입된 압축공기내의 포화수증기를 응축하여 만들어진 응축수는 자동드레인 밸브를 통하여 외부로배출을 시켜줍니다. 응축과정에서 발생하는 열은 응축기에 부착된 강력한 펜의 회전을 통하여 냉동식 에어드라이어를 정상적으로 기동 및 제습의 효율을 극대화하기 위하여 냉매가스의 압축온도를 낮춰줍니다.

The hot and humid compressed air formed from air compressor creates condensate in the heat exchanger using the refrigerant gas The condensate is discharged by the automatic drain valve to the outside. The heat generated in the process of condensation makes in the condenser with a powerful pen the compressed refrigerant gas temp. lower by powerful pen rotation in condenser to maximize the efficiency of the dehumidification and safe start-up of Refrigerated Air Dryer.

HS-Big Series air dryer is designed and produced for condensating and discharging maximum saturated water vapor in compressed air with fully circulated heat exchanger air flow.
